Μαλοτήρα, το κρητικό τσάι του βουνού (Γυάλινο βαζάκι)

Αυτοφύεται κυρίως στη δυτική Κρήτη και καταναλώνεται τόσο ως τσάι όσο και φάρμακο. Η Μαλοτήρα είναι γνωστή για τις θεραπευτικές της ιδιότητες από την αρχαιότητα. Το φυτό αναπτύσσεται μεταξύ 800 και 2.000 μέτρων πάνω από τη στάθμη της θάλασσας και οι Κρητικοί την συλλέγουν από την αρχαιότητα και την χρησιμοποιούν σε πλήθος συνταγών και φαρμακευτικών εφαρμογών. Η Μαλοτήρα διακρίνεται για τις: αντιοξειδωτικές, αντιβακτηριδιακές και αντιφλεγμονώδη ιδιότητες, για την αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων στην καρδιά, το αναπνευστικό και το γαστρεντερικό, για την καταπολέμηση της κοινής γρίπης αλλά και των συμπτωμάτων σοβαρών νοσημάτων όπως το Alzheimer συγκαταλέγονται μεταξύ των ιδιοτήτων που έχουν επισημανθεί κατά καιρούς σε σχετικές έρευνες.

  1. Ρίχνουμε 5-8gr Τσάι σε βραστό νερό
  2. Περιμένουμε για 3-4 λεπτά
  3. Σουρώνουμε και είναι έτοιμο
  4. Εάν το προτημάτε παγωμένο προσθέστε παγάκια
