Ο Δίκταμος  (Origanum dictamnus) είναι ενδημικό φρύγανο της Κρήτης και αυτοφύεται πρακτικά σε όλα τα βουνά του νησιού. Στη Μινωική Κρήτη και την Αρχαία Ελλάδα ήταν ένα από τα σπουδαιότερα φαρμακευτικά φυτά. Ο Ιπποκράτης το χρησιμοποιούσε κατά των παθήσεων του στομάχου και του πεπτικού συστήματος, στους ρευματισμούς, τα αρθριτικά, ως επουλωτικό, εμμηναγωγό, τονωτικό και αντισπασμωδικό.

Χρησιμοποιήστε 5-8 γραμμάρια δίκταμο σε νερό και περιμένετε 3-4 λεπτά. Εάν θέλετε κρύο ρόφημα, προσθέστε παγάκια.

ΠΩΣ ΠΑΡΑΣΚΕΥΑΖΟΥΜΕ ΕΝΑ ΡΟΦΗΜΑ ΜΕ ΔΙΚΤΑΜΟ:

  • Ρίχνουμε 5-8gr Δίκταμο σε βραστό νερό
  • Περιμένουμε για 3-4 λεπτά
  • Σουρώνουμε και είναι έτοιμο
  • Εάν το προτημάτε παγωμένο προσθέστε παγάκια

  • Ανακουφίζει παθήσεις και πόνους του στομάχου
  • Τονώνει και καταπραΰνει το πεπτικό σύστημα
  • Έχει επουλωτικές ιδιότητες και αντισηπτικές ιδιότητες
  • Σταματάει την αιμορραγία (αιμοστατικό)
  • Τονώνει και διεγείρει το νευρικό σύστημα, συστήνεται σε νευρικές διαταραχές
  • Καταπραΰνει τον πονοκέφαλο και τον πονόδοντο
  • Έχει αντισπασμωδικές δράσεις
  • Δρα κατά του πυρετού, της γρίπης και του κρυολογήματος
  • Είναι ευστόμαχο και πολύ χωνευτικό
