Today is Sunday! This is a day dedicated to our family and our friends. This is the day we take our time to rest and to have fun. We all come together to create a very pleasant and big group of friends. We will talk, laugh, sing and prepare Sunday’s food. The charcoal has been being prepared since the morning and the first steaks are placed onto the grill.. The ladies of the house have already prepared the salads, the potatoes as well as various Cretan snacks that will accompany our full and clinking glasses. The wine is always flowing in abundance and the sound of our loud laughter creates a warm and happy atmosphere. The fragrant first steaks are already here and what follows is the king of.. the Cretan BBQ. That is the lamp (ribs) or lamp made in the wood stove. The flavourful herbs scented our breaths and the feast has already started. How long will these festivities last?
During this pleasant experience, you can lose track of time.

You will have the time and the opportunity to take a tour in this traditional village and simultaneously learn about its history as well as about the oldest bridge in Crete that was built in 1913 – “The bridge of SIMA”.
You will be informed about the entire menu, the appetizers (mezedes), and the process we will follow
