Enjoy exploring off road in a new, chauffeur driven and guided, air conditioned seven seat Jeep. All the fun of the usual Jeep experience, but without the dust!
The best of both worlds!
The Safari, both on and off road, gives ample opportunity to enjoy the flora and fauna of rural Crete, remote villages and of course, a chance to enjoy the natural scenery with many photo opportunities.
We vary the route of the safari in order to take advantage of the changing landscape, the wild and traditional life of Crete.
At a traditional tavern in the south you will enjoy your lunch and there will be the opportunity for a swim at the Libyan Sea. We also visit the famous Palm Beach of Preveli. We promise you a fun packed, memorable day in rural Crete.
The jeep will collect you from your hotel, we provide refreshments and at the end of the safari, return you pleasantly tired, happy and safe to your hotel!
An adventurous experience in a different way!
Bring with you:
The departure is at your hotel.
The guide is leading the way on the biggest vehicle and the 4×4 Jeeps are following in a row.
We head on the road to Amari and the 1st village we come across is Prasses.
Coming next is the dam of the Rivers and Saint Antony’s gorge.
We continue at an altitude of 700 meters, exploring the outskirts of Spili village, descending towards South Crete.
There will be plenty of time to enjoy some swimming and have lunch in a local tavern of the South.
On the way back, we will stop to take some photos at the imposing gorge of Kourtaliotis.
In this case, you will join the same excursion, by riding instead on a 4-seat Jeep, which you will be able to drive.
Inform us regarding your nutritional preferences. There is a vegetarian option on the menu we have arranged.
It is essential to bring a hat, as well as sunglasses, to wear sunscreen and a comfortable outfit. You should carry your swimwear and towels, but equally important is to have strong shoes, since you will be walking about 1 kilometer on soil and rough ground.
