We run two safaris daily in the morning and in the afternoon, where you have the opportunity for an exciting and fun experience.
(Both routes are the same, or sometimes can differ if the group has experience on driving.)
ROUTE 1: 09:30 – 13:30
ROUTE 2: 16:00 – 20:00
We leave our base in Rethymno taking a route that heads up to the mountains of Crete. We will travel through impressive natural gorges with amazing archeological formations and cross shallow rivers to reach our next destination. We will encounter some incredible wildlife and visit traditional 11th to 12th Cretan villages that are not on the map. We will make several stops during our safari, including a stop at a traditional Cretan kafenion.
