Sima Bridge is located in the Rethymno Prefecture, 1 kilometer outside of Prasses Rethymno, before the famous Potamos Dam in Amari. It is an exceptional and well-preserved work from the era of Cretan autonomy that still serves the inhabitants of the Amari region today. It is the highest masonry bridge in Crete and is a construction marvel for the time it was built, between 1905 and 1915.

In the village of Prasses, 500 meters before the Sima Bridge, you can find our traditional cafe and gastronomic tourism complex called SIMA.
